Introduction:
Well, I’m a sport loving person as it is the biggest source of entertainment for me. I would like to take the opportunity to talk about an athlete who is my favourite and | follow him fanatically.

Who he/she is? and How do you know him/her? and Explain why he/she is famous?
The name of this sports star is Virat Kohli, and he is the captain of the Indian cricket team. I often read articles in newspapers and magazines about him.

What has he/she achieved?
He is such a talented sportsman that in no time, he became the best cricketer in the world. He is primarily a batsman, and he has hundreds of records on his name in all the formats of cricket.

In addition, he is extremely athletic, which makes him the best fielder. His body is so flexible, and his reflexes are extremely sharp that he never misses any catch. With his outstanding fielding, he saves 10-20 runs for his team in every match.

Because he is the captain of the team so with his performance, he always sets an example for other team members. To maintain his stamina and energy level on the field, he spends hours in the gym doing the workout.

I can never forget the incident when he got injured while batting, but rather than leaving the ground, he played till the end to help India win.

Conclusion:
In fact, I follow him on social media as well, where he often shares photographs with his wife Anushka, who is also very athletic working-out at gym. Virat is my role model, and I wish to be a famous athlete like him.

2. What characteristics do you think an athlete should have?
I think the two most important qualities for an athlete are discipline and self-confidence. Moreover, in all sports and gymnastics, mental toughness is as important as physical fitness, if not more.

Because the journey to become a top athlete is full of struggles and obstacles. Although many people have the physical strength and fitness to reach the level, they don’t have the mental toughness required to keep going. In fact, many talented people let go in the middle because they are unable to keep up with the daily struggles and challenges.

4. What’s the best way to become a top athlete?
I think the first requirement to become a top athlete is to start early. Nearly all the athletes today are those who started when they were children. For example, Roger Federer started playing tennis at the age of three. Then, it’s all about willpower and dedication
