Introduction:
Well, cakes are my all-time favourite and I have had cakes of all different flavours but, here I would like to talk about the one which I found very special. 

When it was? and Where it was?
Actually, last month it was my friend Raj’s birthday and he invited me to attend the party at his place. All the guests arrived on time and as usual, the party started with a cake ceremony. 

Describe the cake.
As soon as Raj’s sister brought the cake, everyone was awestruck to see the beautiful cake. It was shaped as Ferrari which is actually my friend’s dream car. As he cut the cake, we could see the fruits and jellies coming out of it. When I got my share and had a bite, I couldn’t believe the taste as it was so different. 

Later she revealed since his family members are diabetic that’s why she baked the cake using natural ingredients, especially fruits. It was a well-balanced cake with softness and crunch and for the latter, she used dried nuts. 

Why you liked it?
I was literally impressed by the way she baked and presented the cake, especially the use of edible natural colours with which she painted the car-shaped cake. 

Conclusion:
On my special request, she shared her secret recipe with me and now I’m super excited to try to bake this cake one day.
